Lokpobiri praised the NCDMB’s evolution from enforcing compliance to delivering tangible impact and highlighted local firms’ achievements in building FPSOs and managing key assets. He also noted the Nigerian Content Intervention Fund’s role in supporting local businesses with low-interest loans.

He urged stakeholders to move from talk to action and called on youth to lead innovation, assuring them of government-backed training, mentorship, and funding.
